1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Win DB (site: windb.click) and all its registered members. Using this platform means you have fully accepted these terms.

Win DB is a trusted online gaming and Sports Betting platform in Bangladesh. By using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms listed below. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with Win DB, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. If false information is provided, Win DB reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance at any time.

• Each individual may only register one account
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be valid and accurate
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited
• Any unusual activity on your account must be reported to Win DB support immediately
• Withdrawals will be limited until KYC verification is complete

3 Age Verification

Win DB strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18. As an online gaming and betting platform, we are committed to upholding both legal and ethical obligations to protect minors.

• You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration
• A National ID card or birth registration certificate may be requested at any time to verify your age
• Withdrawals may be held if age verification is not completed
• If a minor's account is identified, all deposited funds will be returned to the parent or guardian

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal Policy

Win DB is known for its fast withdrawal processing. Most withdrawals are completed within 3–15 minutes. However, KYC verification and security reviews may cause delays in certain cases.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Two Lakh BDT)
• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered mobile banking account
• If KYC verification is not completed, your first withdrawal may take additional time to process
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome bonus: 100% on your first deposit — up to ৳10,000
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount

7 Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Activities

Win DB is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Win DB's systems
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Win DB reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under any circumstances. In most cases, the member will be notified in advance.

• To close your own account, please contact support
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Win DB will process any self-exclusion request within 72 hours
• Any remaining valid balance in a closed account will be returned via the registered payment method

10 Responsible Gaming

Win DB believes gaming should be entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly and provide the tools needed to support that.

• Deposit limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits
• Session time limit: Enable automatic logout after a set period of time
• Cooling-off period: Take a break of anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Options available from 6 months to permanent
